At Kurrajong Tree Services we perform all of our work safely and with care. Please read these terms and conditions that apply to the hire of our services, applicable to all Tree Removal, Tree trimming and Stump grinding services. 

Following are our Terms and Conditions of service and are applicable for every hire or delivery of services.

• The client will be responsible for obtaining all permits and licenses to carry out the work required, including all council, strata and community permits and permission. For all Stump grinding services, all services including Telstra, NBN, gas, water and electricity cables and all other services and pipes shall be required to be marked and exposed to the operator prior to the commencement of works. Failure to do so will absolve the operator of any responsibility for damage caused. Dial Before You Dig plans are not an acceptable form of service location.
• The client is responsible for covering pools and turning off pool pumps prior to works carried out. Kurrajong Tree Services is not responsible for any damage to pool pumps that may be caused by chip, grindings or sawdust entering the pool.
• All care will be taken but no responsibility will be accepted for any damage caused to layback, kerb, footpath or rights of way and any other structures that may be damaged by the machinery. Please remove all objects you do not want to be damaged prior to the commencement of tree removal or grinding of the stump.
• All works will be completed as outlined in correspondence, including quotes, text messages and emails. 
• Stumps will be ground to a depth of up to 300mm below ground level unless obstructed by permanent fixtures or structures, in which case they may be ground to a shallower depth.
• All excess stump grindings remain on site unless an alternative arrangement to remove them has been made prior to commencing the job.
• Stump grinding does not include the grinding of exposed or extended tree roots unless a prior arrangement has been made.
• By hiring Kurrajong Tree Services either via purchase order or verbal employment, the client is accepting the above Terms and Conditions.
